(1) Read the fault code if the engine fault light is on

(2) To measure the resistance of the Vvt Solenoid Valve, first unplug the harness connector of the vvt solenoid valve and measure the resistance between the two ends of the vvt solenoid valve. At normal temperature (air temperature 20 degrees), the resistance of the solenoid valve is 6-7 ohms. If measured If the resistance is too large, it means that the internal electromagnetic coil is damaged and needs to be replaced.

(3) Remove the vvt solenoid valve from the engine, and use the positive and negative poles of the battery to connect to both ends of the vvt valve with bows. The vvt solenoid valve is an electrical component with two pins, one end is the positive pole of the vvt valve, and one end It is the negative pole of the vvt valve, keep both ends grounded, energize the vvt valve by constantly contacting one end, and then observe whether the movement of the vvt control valve is stuck, whether the action is fast, etc. If the above situation occurs, the solenoid valve needs to be replaced .
